the most complete review you will ever find From: shoomake Date posted: 5/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   i have read all of the reviews and it seems like everyone has the same complaints. I moved up here in august of 2006 for my job which will keep me here for 12 months. Since i will not be here long enough to get a house I decided to get an apartment. I havent had any problems with management, noise, ect. I live on the second floor also.. The management has been more than helpfull for me.. I go out of town alot and sometimes Im not home when my rent is due and they have been more than acceptable in dealing with that situation. There are always people cutting the grass and doing landscaping around here, as a matter of fact they are doing it right now. I havent had to have a maintenance guy yet so i cant comment on them.. People complain about noise, its a freakin apartment for God sake!! What do you expect complete and total privacy and silence' I have only seen the cops dispatched out here one time since i have been here. They were questioning some of the -------- that were re-doing the roofs in another buildin, they were digging through their vehicles also. Someones motorcycle got stolen about 6 months ago which was scary for me because i own one also. There are a few douche bags that think that everyone needs to hear how their trucks sound when they get home. Someone also said that they have extremely high energy bills.. My bills are as follows. Electric- $40-50 per month ( i leave lights on and the air stays freezing ) gas- $25 - 30 per month ista (water, trash, pest) $15-20 per month the fitness room is old and ragged and the dishwasher and stove are older than i am.. but thats the only complaints I have.. PS. They tell you up front that the pet deposit is non refundable also my light by my door went and 2 times and i never had to mention it, maintenance guys noticed it themselves and replaced the bulbs.. its funny to me that everyone complains about the noise their neighbors make and how they cant sleep in peace and all but no one has said anything about the 200 airplanes that fly through tree level over the apartments... I guess that puts you to sleep huh' And if anyone already living here reads this.. LEARN HOW TO PARK!!! everyone parks crooked here..
