After reading some of the bad reviews I thought I would write some positive thoughts about Savannah Creek. First of all, the most of the negativity was from people that were asked to leave due to complaints on them. I feel like they were warned and given notice. If it weren't for the management taking these measures, this community would have alot more noise, drugs and who know what else. Thank you management. I have been tempted to report some things but then realize it is not unbearable, and sometimes my apartment might get a little loud too, so we should make an extra attempt to deal with things before we run to management. Anyway, I have just renewed my lease for a second year because I love it here. I feel safe and neighbors are friendly. I am self employed with ups deliveries coming to my apartment quite often, if I'm not home the office holds my pkgs until I can get there to pick them up. Maintenance is very quick to respond, so when you have a request make sure you are ready. I requested my blinds be changed out due to my grandson broke them. This was taken care of the same day but did pay $35, reasonable. I must say though, one of the reasons I moved here was because they were so peaceful the way they were nestled back on a dead end street with lots of trees. Now we have a new road and I suppose some business' building up near by that may affect the area later. But for now I would definetely reccomend these apartments. I checked out 5-8 before I decided on these...
