Terrace Park Apartments

Totally crime-ridden & slowly turning in to South Park From: CRocka05 Date posted: 5/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   We moved in to these apts. when they first opened back in '03 and everything was great, but recently there has been 3 murders around here (1 here, & 2 in the adjacent complexes), the rates have skyrocketed, the management has changed frequently, and you can't get in touch with security to save your life. Also recently they changed the curfew for kids to 5pm, meaning that kids can't play outside, just because they can't control thier own property. This use to be a classy complex, but now I want to move out.
