MY APARTMENT SHINGLE IS FALLING OFF EVERYTIME THE WIND BLOWS!!! THE NOISE LEVEL OKAY STAFF HORRIBLE!! GIVING YOU STRIKES EVERYTIME U HAVE FRIENZ AND FAMILY OVER. KIDS CAN'T PLAY OUTSIDE BECAUSE STAFF ARE TELLING THEM TO LEAVE FROM THEIR OWN APARTMENTS !! HORRIBLE APARTMENTS PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THESE APARTMENTS!!! hIF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE YELLED BY APARTMENT STAFF AND I'M A GROWN WOMAN !!! IAM VERY UPSET!!I'M WHEN MY CHILD GET OUT OF SKOOL!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE ALWAYS GOING UP ON THE RENT!! WHEN YOU CANT EVEN ASSOCIATE WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ,RENT IS 600 DOLLARS A MOUNTH FOR 2 BED 2 BATH!!!!! HORRRIIIIIBBBLLEEE!!!!!!!! NO PARKING EITHER

In response to the above review, Terrace Park is committed to retaining a positive living environment. Unfortunately, enforcing the community rules and restrictions is not always favorable to all residents. In our community there is a no loittering policy that is strictly adhered to. Residents and their guests are always welcome at Terrace Park. Our rules do not permit anyone to hang out whether it be in the parking lot, breezeways, or in any common areas besides patios/balconies or the park area. We always strive to keep noise levels at a minimum during our quiet hours as a courtesy to fellow residents. However, we recently had a rent increase of $10-15 per unit as the cost of living had changed. It is very unfortunate that we have a resident that is not satisfied with our apartment community, and only wish the best of luck in their future endeavors.
