My family and I have lived at Terrace Park for over 4 years now. The apartments are very spacious. Anytime we have ever put in a maintenance request, it gets fixed the next day. The office staff and management are great. They really seem to care about the tenants. The new management has really cleaned up the complex. They are weeding out the riff raff. We would recommend these apartments anytime.
