It's Alright.... - The Civic Center Apartments are O.k... I mean. They are not the best in the world... I live in a downstairs unit and the walls are paper thin! You can here everything upstairs including footsteps... We also have a lot of spiders too. But we got rid of them by spraying some bug spray around my building... Some of the kids are annoying too..
