I lived here while a graduate student and had lots of the typical undergraduates were 'preferred' residents. The pool was never available for someone who just wanted to enjoy lounging by the pool. Always the kids were partying there and playing pool ball, etc. Loud, smalle workout area, no car care area (although it is posted that there is one... in all actuality it is just a designated parking spot and a water hose); the construction is lacking in everything. Wasps nest behind the siding and there were SEVERAL occassions I came home or woke up to find a few wasps flying around in the LR. The maintanence was horrible. Upon moving in, the AC unit was not working, had to be fixed about 5 times. Upon moving out, it broke down again and because the management was 'busy doing walk-throughs for those moving out' they could not get over there to fix it. YOu try moving out of a 3rd floor apt. with no AC to come in from the heat inbetween loads. Also upon leaving, they were about to start increasing rent and charging extra for water and cable (previously included in an already high rent.) Bottom line... I wasted my money there and do not recommend to anyone.
