This place isnt what I had hoped. As an undergrad looking for a decent place to live and study, I get neither. The apartment is nice, but the noise around here makes it annoying and unlivable. Neighbors listening to music real loud, beating on walls, yelling and screaming at all house of the night. I had made one comment about the noise to the manager, it stopped for a while. Now as I write this, I am being distracted by loud music and kids beating on my back wall. The management is nice and prompt when fixing things. Most of the time it is still easier to fix it your self. The rent isnt too bad. If you have a family or you are a student looking for a place to study, move some place else.
