Would be better if not for mice

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I have been here since 2003. Initially, the rent was $525/month and I thought it was a pretty good deal. However, the rent has continued to rise. On my second lease it went up to $575/month, now up to $625/month. It's going up again, so I have to move out. I love the space but, it's definitely not worth $700/month. Whatever you do, DO NOT move into building A. I don't know how it ever passed building inspections and I've had a rodent problem since I transferred to this unit. This is probably due to the fact that the dumpster is right outside my door.
On the up side, I have found that these apartments have the largest square footage for a 2BR unit if you like space. The maintenance guy has always been great and the new management is okay. They try given the condition that these buildings are in. And when I decided to transfer to another unit, managment didn't give me hell.
