My husband and I have been living here for almost a year now. We haven't had one problem so far. Everything works perfectly in our apartment. We saw a few spiders here and called the office and they can right over a sprayed for us and we haven t had a problem yet. These are probably the roomiest apartments in Starkville for the price. The grounds are always clean and the grass cut. The office staff is really helpful and friendly. The noise level is what you would expect living in an apartment complex. They did a great job making sure families, couples, and college students are perfectly situated. So far my husband and I are really happy and we plan on staying in Avalon until he graduates and we move out of the state.
