I lived there one year, and got the hell out as soon as my lease was up. The owner is an -------, but the maintenence guy is alright. He's a greedy bastard and keeps one entrance gravel so he can get a tax break. (He's a lawyer by the way in Colorado). The one bedrooms are astronomical and extremely small. The two bedrooms aren't that much better. They city did some road construction and they let the crew use the property for storage, disposal, and general disarray. I've witnessed the landlord cuss out a resident (practically left her crying) and he's quick to lie and cheat. For the rent they want, you can definitely find a better place.
