I can completely vouch for everything in the other two reviews. This place is a craphole. I've had problems with bugs from day one. When I moved out, there were swarms of ants all over the window, and trails of ants outside going into cracks in the walls. I've even seen termites along the walls. There's constant partying...many times I've had complete strangers on my porch, standing around drinking. One time a couple of drunk guys even came inside because they thought it was someone else's apartment. The grounds look like crap too. The parking is gravel, and it's full of potholes the size of craters. As for management, good luck. There's only one maintenance guy who actually isn't that bad, although he came up in my apartment once unannounced. There's a lady at the real estate office who signs you up, but after that she's completely useless...she always told me to just call the main guy, who I have the most to say about. He's a jerk lawyer who lives in Colorado, so he's completely clueless about what goes on. Don't ever call him too, because he is the rudest sack of crap you'll ever meet. He is completely unwilling to help anyone out. When I called him about the partying and noise and garbage all around, he told me "sorry, not my problem." Pretty much in those words. That happened anytime I talked to him. He's a complete dirtbag, and I've heard other people say the same things. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
