The Commons is not worth the money they charge you at all. If something breaks they'll send someone out to "fix" it, but somehow when they leave it's still broken. If you do not have someone occupying every room, they will place ANYONE in that room regardless of how they will get along with you. As people, the managers are nice, but they suck at their job. They will not hesitate to charge you money for throwing things off balconies, etc, regardless of whether they know it's you or not. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!
