I thought that this place could not be so bad especially since I was going to be living in the new building. Well, for starters... my roommate's shower has been leaking for two years. Yup, since the day we moved in and they supposedly come by to fix it.. but it still leaks.

My sink in my bathroom has leaked since the day we moved in. I have filed at least 3 maintenance reports. They came and replaced my sink and it STILL leaks. Mold has started to grow underneath it where it has steadily leaked. Our washing machine broke and they came to fix it, but basically they just fiddled around a while and made it work temporarily. There is one maintenance guy that doesn't live here and is really nice and helpful, but he is the ONLY one.

We have had these wires and cables sticking out from our wall since the day we moved in and we have filed reports and they say they will send someone out... do you think they did' Absolutely not.

They will not hesitate to fine you for anything. We have gotten written up for trash on our balcony and throwing stuff from our balcony. The trash on the balcony was there maybe 24 hours, but do you think the trash that is currently been sitting on the manager's balcony for about a week... do you think he is getting fined' Yeah, neither do I.

They will put ANYONE in your apartment. They have stuck two different people in our apartment. One of them being a nightmare of a roommate that refused to pay bills if they didn't feel the heat was where it should be.. do you think they cared' No way.

They threatened to call the police on some other residents I know because they were throwing water balloons at each other. The residents volunteered to pick them up, but Matt the manager and Todd a maintenance guy said no don't pick them up we have already called the police. So they didn't pick them up and the next day they are slapped with a fine for not picking up their water balloons. Calling the police for water balloons... are you kidding me'

I would suggest staying away from these apartments at ALL costs. They are complete pieces of crap that are falling apart. Our apartment is two years old and is falling apartment.. imagine the ones that are over 10 years old. The management here is terrible and pretends to be your friend, but all they care about is your money.

This is just simply not a place I would suggest for anyone for absolutely no reason. I can't believe I lived here as long as I did. I am moving out this summer and I cannot wait to get out of here.
