The commons has been nothing but a dream for me and my roommates. Yes, they are not the nicest of places, but they are trying to make it better. For the price it saved me this year I would definitly live there again. Everytime I called they were always nice and helpful. Sometimes I was low on cash and could only pay half the rent. They were ok with me paying half until I came up with the rest. If you have a problem they have always been there to help me and fixed things whenever I called. Like any other places you may have to call a few times, but they always got the job done. I have been very happy at the commons. Sometimes the noise was very hard to tolerate, but if you called the 24hr office the noise would be under control. No it is not the Ritz or anything, but for the money you pay for it is nice compared to some places around Starkville, and definitly better than living in a dorm.
