This is the worst place to live. I have had to call the cops on the people living above me because of noise levels. Last night they partied until 4AM! The manager doesn't enforce rules, maintenance does NOTHING! I called the office an hour ago because the people living above me PUKED off of their balcony and on to ours (for the second time), and the manager has done nothing. The tenants upstairs are breaking every rule in the lease and they are still here! The parking lot is FULL of holes, they allow people not living here to park here, and on game days you CANNOT find a single place to park! Maintenance has not fixed the lights outside (it's pitch black... not exactly safe), our peephole has not been fixed (they painted over it!), our toilet STILL leaks (after they tried to fix it), the bathtub is slightly sunken in and rusted, all sliding closet doors are falling off, the appliances are ANCIENT... and all together my roommate and I are paying $800 to live here.
