Most open apartments will have been recently recarpetted and painted, and if you're lucky, nice colors. Water's great and free. Free cable is ok. Big rooms. Interesting and sometimes scary nightlife in the parking lot. Have called the cops a could times. Can smell lots of interesting things from the apartments beneath you, but wouldn't want to be on the bottom floor as they can be steam rooms in the summer, hell, most of the year. Mold is normal. Nothing special, could be better, could be worse.

Cedar Cove has horrible management, they could care less about their tenants and treat them horribly. When the lease was up they refused to give me my deposit back saying that I didn't get permission to paint even though i had and they charged me for the disgusting carpet that they promised to replace. If you are dumb or desperate enough to live here get everything in writing and don't take any sass from rosemary. the apartments are in terrible shape with disgusting carpet (they say that it will be replaced before you move in but it never happens). There is no kind of security so the parking lots can be dangerous especially at night.
