Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Some people in this apartment are so junky and play music so loudly. And some people hold an athletic festival in the parking lot at mid night, which is VERY noisy. The manager, Rosemary, is very helpful and is trying to control such people, though, this apartment complex may be too large for one person to control. You may need to give her a call even at mid night to ask her to control such noisy people.
