Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Stayed three years. Got to know most of my neighbors - mostly grad students and staff workers - all quiet, decent people. A few "bad apples" occasionally get loud at night. They let you do whatever you want if you are quiet. Apartment staff and mgmt are reliable. Pool was always cleaned. I had a large 1 bedroom apartment with low rent, but it had older appliances. A middle of the road place.
