Cedar Cove Apartments

Quiet and pleasant From: vkw10 Date posted: 5/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've lived at Cedar Cove for nearly 12 months; I'd be staying if my new job was in driving distance. The complex is well-maintained. Bedrooms have walk-in closets and some living rooms have large coat closets. I have a 2 BR, 2 bath; the second bathroom is small with a shower but no tub. Residents are a nice mixture -- some students, but also many employed people and a sprinkling of retirees -- which means Cedar Cove doesn't have the noisy party atmosphere of some complexes. I occassionally hear running water in neighboring apartments, but have never heard TVs or other sounds. The pool is spotless; the manager enforces limits on guest use so it doesn't get over-crowded. Rent includes water, trash, cable; I pay a little extra for washer/dryer in apartment and a six-month lease instead of the standard 12-month lease. Color schemes are neutral. Several of my neighbors grill or garden on their patios or balconies. Many of us also walk to pharmacy and grocery. Insulation is also good; my electric bill has never exceeded $70 although I run the AC constantly. Cedar Cove isn't luxurious, but I've really enjoyed living here.
