This apartment would be okay, but they need to get all the ghetto people out. It is located by the low income houses, and it is not safe. The other day they stole the pizza man's pizza, and he was going to my house. There are cars bumping their music all time of the night and people are always fighting. Those people from Brooksville Garden and Reed Road are always coming over. I had to hurry up and move!! They always are in there little "gangs" and "clicks". They also break into your apartments and everytime i walk out the house I hear rude language. I have a 5 year old daughter who does not need to hear this!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!

I agree. I am living there now. It would be a nice place however the allow the wrong people to get an apartment here. Ex: I looked out my kitchen window and and saw my neighbor bending over with her door wide open and I could see all of her goodies! She even walks outside and sit outside her apartment with her gown on! It should be against the law to do that... Very indecent! When you come home from work, people are hanging outside, girls taking weave out there hair outside. Not to mention management has to keep the pool close on weekends because of unwanted guest. The gate never works, huge whole in the parking lot! Nice apartments but some not all low class people living there. They should wheen them out. I will be moving once my lease is up. Check it out for yourself.... U will see!!!
