These people are the worst business people ever. They are so incredibly rude to all of thier customers. I have been cussed out on more than one occasion, but I can't leave because I cant get out of my lease. They are unfriendly, unhelpful, unqualified and down right mean at best. They come up with the most ludacris fines and then refuse to give you an explination but demand payment or they will evict you. They only care about making as much money off of you as they possibly can whether its fair or not. The apartments are filthy and there are bugs everywhere. Of course, they show you a nice model apartment when you are going to sign a lease so you think they are so nice. When I moved in, my apartment HAD NOT been cleaned since the last tenant moved out and the managment is supposed to thoroughly clean before a new tenant moves in. They advertise certain amenities that they do not offer such as a hot tub(they wont turn it on because they say too many people try to use it at night) and celing fans in every apartment. The roads are so terrible that they mess peoples cars up. I know few people who are happy with College Station and the Polos. Thank you.

They are rude and crude thats a definate. I have never been treated like an animal but thats about the way I was treated.
