There is no reason what-so-ever for this place to be so bad. They don't spend any type of money to keep the complex up at all. Maintance is horrible. The office people are out to only get your money and they don't care how they do it. Everything is breaking like the ledges of the upper floors and almost anything inside the building. Main thing, this place is a piece of crap. Never would recommend to anyone.
