Bad apartments.. I have lived in both college station and polo's

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to live in both the Polo's and College Station. I have had bad experience with both. There are so many better apartments to live in than these! Take my advice and go somewhere else. This apartment complex is ghetto and trashy. My 2nd floor balcony at College Station was caving in! Seriously! they made us move out for a week (where were we supposed to go') Luckily, we had a family friend who is a lawyer. The nice lady got us out of our lease. Make the right choice and stay clear of these apartments!
