Be sure to read through the lease carefully before signing - there are absolutely no allowances for the tenant. If you looked at the website they tell you to check out, the pictures have got to be 20 years old, place has been repainted and needs desperately to be painted again. The landscaping is nonexistent now in most places, the tennis courts are sunken in and cracked (completely unusable), the hot tube doesn't work, the pool area is disgusting. Also ask to see the unit you will be in ahead of time, NOT the model unit. The parking lots are more pothole than pavement, interior painting is a disaster. Oh and don't believe anything on the website or that they tell you, READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY. They do NOT pay water or trash, they do NOT have security (they allow a police officer to live here for free, who is away at work most of the time). Staff and management all come off as very friendly, but god help you if you have a valid complaint.
