The Colony really isn't that bad at all. The one bedrooms are nice and have pretty much everything a college student needs. They are in a good location, and there were never any complaints about noise or crime. The one bedrooms can have ants though. The apartment walls are painted pretty badly, but it can easily be covered by pictures. Management is nice and easy to talk to. All in all, I'd say they are nice, and there are six month leases which was perfect for me.
