Everything at the colony for me was great! When I arrived, everything was clean and newly remodeled. No holes or poorly covered up damages. Trash bags and new air filters were provided on a monthly basis. If anything was broken, it was immediately repaired. The apartments are not huge, but they are just the right size for a single college student. Management was extremely nice and easy to get along with when I was there, but I hear she is not with The Colony any longer. Parking was good, but there could be a little more lighting in the lot; there was minimal noise and the apartments are about 4 minutes from MSU campus and Hwy. 12......
