I lived at the Crossgate Apartments for a little over a year. The manager was very friendly towards me and maintenance was very helpful and speedy. Cable is included which is nice. Parking is very tight. Never had problems with noise, neighbors were friendly and even helped me move a fish tank into my apartment one night. Very large closets! Bathrooms and the kitchen were a good size, I was VERY happy with the layout. Oh Management allowed my daughter's trampoline to be set up just outside my balcony.
I bought a house so that my daughter would have a fence in yard to play in and for more room. I would recommend Crossgates to my friends.
