Crossgates is a horrible place to live! First, rent is too too expensive and electricty also! The manager is very disrespectful and also a great liar!! She tells you one price over the phone but when you sign the leases she raises the price of rent! The maintenance is very lazy, they don't fix your problem until two or three days later!!! The parking lot is a mess!! The head maintenance man is very rude and disrespectful!!! Overall I wouldn't advise anyone to live at Crossgates in Starkville, MS and I will spread the word!!!
