me and my husband have lived here for over 2 yrs. and i think anyone who has anything BAD to say about it are probably the ones that are either slackers on paying their rent or have gotten in trouble for their conduct or inability to follow the rules. mrs. melinda has been THE BEST manager of any place i have ever rented and i have never been late on rent and always abide by the rules. maintenance has always come running at the tiniest of problems. i just found out Mrs. melinda is no longer here and that saddens me. i hope this place does not go downhill from here. she has always gone out of her way to help us with anything from noise to WHATEVER!!!!! i almost feel like she has been a second mom. i don't know why she is gone but it has been only a short time and when i called the office the other day to tell them about a leak in the newly re-shingled roof that came in to our unit the new manager was not as friendly. she did get them over quickly but we all, especially students just getting out on their own, need to feel that warmth that Mrs. melinda showed. please get her back'''''
