I have enjoyed living at Greentree for the most part. The staff is very friendly and there is a police officer that lives in one of the apartments. He serves as our security guard and we can call him anytime. We also have a privacy fence so the area is pretty safe. Greentree is very pet friendly and there is no size restriction for dogs. The only complaints I have are: the walls are pretty thin so if the neighbors yell you can hear them pretty well, there are no sidewalks in the apartment area or on Lynn Lane and I have had problems with the shower and sink. Whenever I had problems with the shower and sink, the maintanance people fixed it quickly though!
