I had left STarkville and returned a few years ago. Greentree wasn't even an option I would consider then. However, ironically, I live here now. It is under new management and that is what makes the place so much better. Kim, the new manager, if she says she will get something done, it will be done or you will get a phone call with an alternaive. The repairmen, Orlando and (I think) Theo are very helpful and kind. The overall upkeep of the property is improving. It seems the managment has a commitment to improving the property. I like the spacious yards and the back porch. Also, the onsite security is nice too. I will stay here as long as I can unless I buy a house.
