This place is seriously overpriced for what you will get, trust me just wait! I cant wait until my lease is up.... There are so many downfalls, its so far from campus dont even think about getting to class on time... and then you have lazy office staff that do nothing but sit on the butts..dont bet on them getting up to help you with something on property.... I would not recomend anyone to live here!

You are so right. I live in the 5000 building and all of our furnature was new when we moved in. Only a month after moving in if you sat on the couch it felt like you were sitting on the floor. Their furnature sucks, the beds are worse than the ones on campus. I can't wait until my lease is up. I am moving asap.

They never do anything! they are always on the computers. Even when you go in and try to talk to them they are still messing with their computers! They try and act like they care but they never do anything right! It is way over priced! They need to get a lot fixed and whoever built the place was horrible! you hear more noise here than at the dorms most of the time! I can hear everything that's going on in the apartment above me! I wish there was another place that I could move to 4 months ago but that's not happening! Cant wait till my lease is up! The internet rarely works and if you do get on it will cut you off and the company is dumb they don't even know where the apartments are!
