THE APPERANCE WAS NICE BUT AFTER ABOUT A WEEK OR SO PEOPLE STARTED PARTYING ALL TIMES OF THE NIGHT I AM YOUNG AND I LIKE TO PARTY MY SELF BUT NOT DURING THE WEEK TO 3 OR 4 IN THE MORNING AND THE PEOPLE WERE SO LOUD THE PEOPLE ABOVE ME TURN ME IN. IF YOU GET A LOT OF PACKAGES OR EVEN JUST ONE DONT EXPECT TO GET THEM ON TIME IF AT ALL. IF YOU HAVE A GIRL OR BOY FRIEND THEY CANT STAY TOO LONG OR THE STAFF WILL TRY TO CHARGE THEM RENT. NOT TO MENTION THE PAY ALL YOUR BILLS FOR YOU ...THE INTERNET IS OUT ALL THE TIME AND AT $650 PLUS YOU CAN FIND A BIGGER APARTMENT WITH LESS NOISE AND THE APARMENT MANAGERS WILL NOT HARASS YOU ...PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE AND IF YOU HAVE ANY STORIES PLEASE POST THEM SO WE CAN INFORM PEOPLE..!!!

I would probably have to disagree with everything written here. There aren't very many parties around here and if it ever gets too loud, I just call the office and the answering service has somebody to come out and fix it for me. Also, I ordered all of my books for class online and as soon as they came in, somebody from the office called me to come get it. And I like that they keep them locked up until I can make it to the office. I don't know about the boyfriend/girlfriend thing but when I moved in, they told me that only one person can stay in each bedroom so that's probably where that creates a problem. Also, my internet works fine and management doesn't harass me. I think Lakeside is a pretty nice place to live and I would say that I'm getting more than what I pay for. And as far as the ratings go, theres ample parking, maintenance is great, there is no construction, minimal noise, great office staff, safety AND grounds!!

The boyfriend/girlfriend thing is absolutely true b/c that did that to a friend of mines. That "thought" the girlfriend was living there to b/c she was always there but what gf doesn't want to b with their bf sometimes. And as far as the noise, also true. The people who live above me are always making noise, so much noise to the point that I've had to call the police several times. N as 4 the property manager, she could care less.
