Before I say anything else, the property manager(Amber) is absolutely fantastic. She's friendly, honest and understanding. Minus one instance, all of my experiences with the staff have been fantastic. The one "negative" experience I had could've even been my fault...so, take it with a grain of salt. The staff really made an effort to get to know me and I've never had to remind them of my name or what apartment I live in. Overall, Lakeside Place has a fantastic staff.
As far as the apartments are concerned, I'm living in a 4 bedroom and have been very pleased. My roommates were placed by the Lakeside place staff and I have been extremely pleased with how things have worked out. All of my roommates are great, we all get along and it's obvious that the Lakeside Place staff really does take your personality into consideration when they place people in a living situation with you. I have no problem with the condition of the apartments Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, Mr. Frank(maintenance man) has been there quickly and I've never had to call the office twice regarding anything.
Issues I have had regard the noise level and the internet. Now, when you live in a college town apartment you have to realize you are going to live around morons. It's unavoidable. There was an issue with said morons pulling the fire alarm(which, might I add, there is no way you will ever sleep through this thing) on a weekly and sometimes nightly basis. However, this hasn't happened in a few months so I'm hoping it has been resolved. The noise level from the street is a little overwhelming at times. But, the staff, when they hear the noise, makes sure that it's reduced to an acceptable level. The internet situation was frustrating as it was unbelievably slow. However, I believe the management has decided to remove "free internet" from the rental package and just reduce rent to compensate. This alternative should work better for everyone involved. Like I said, I know the "rental package" is changing from what I'm experiencing...But, I'm not sure what it's changing to. But, knowing the staff, I'm sure it's fair.

This person obviously has to be a friend of the manager or someone on staff but the staff ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY suck @ their jobs. They don't do anything!!! They basically get paid 2 sit around gossip and talk to the people who come thru and pay their rent or pick up a package.
