Lakeside is the just as nice as 21 and Campus trails, they have pretty much a whole new staff; their main focus now is customer service. Not really sure what it has been in the past but as for now and my experience they all have smiles on their faces and positive attitudes. Not really sure what the young ladies name was but she gave the best tour to me and my daughter it was Alisha or Felisha can't remember but it was her and the property manager last week and they were great. So if you are looking for a great place at a great price who has over come adversity I would highly recommend Lakeside Place be put on your list.

I'm not entirely sure if your review is completely valid. In order for that review to hold any sort of validity, you would have to actually live at Lakeside Place, and not simply have your opinion based on a single tour. It was the tour that suckered me in as well, and I have, for the most part, regretted it. In all fairness, however, the staff is very friendly, but it takes more than just friendliness to manage an apartment complex and the tenants that inhabit it.
