I have been living at Lakeside for 2 yrs now, I ABSOLUTELY would NOOOOOOTTTTT recommend moving here. 1st of all the staff is full of idiots. They never know anything!!! In order to find out any information you would have to talk to the property manager, who by the way is never in her office. And when she is she isn't doing any work, unless you consider playing on facebook as work. The property manager is also a rude individual who feels that she can talk to anyone, anyway she pleases simply because she is the manager and she runs the apartments. If you do move in and there happens to be something broken in ur room, good luck with that b/c it'll never get fixed. I moved in Aug. '07 and a few things need to be fixed in my room. A month went by b4 my things were fixed, and they were only fixed then b/c I said that I would not be paying anymore rent until my things were repaired. They came over within 5 mins!!!! That's some BS! But anyway, if you're looking for some place cheap then Lakeside's the place to come. But be aware that ur going to be dealing with idiots for staff, a b**** for a manager, and noisy neighbors. By the way, any individual who says Lakeside place is a great place to live and the staff is great, either works here or is a friend or relative of a staff member. B/C Lakeside is most definitely not the spot to b.
