Twenty One

1. Every time the apartment above us flushes their toilets it sounds like the roof is caving in.
2. There is trasj everywhere.
3. The maintenance men will leave muddy footprints in your clean tub.
4. They say to not put trash outside your door yet they always have trash sitting outside the clubhouse.
5. The gate sucks and is a whole lot of trouble.
6. The move out date will leave you homeless for a few days.
7. The speed bumps are ginormous...and there are tons of them.
8. Enjoy getting up at 3 am? Well you will with their fire alarms. The firmen will be pulling you half naked out of your bed.
9. Don't hold your breath about getting your packages. Sometimes they are in your box, sometimes they leave a note, sometimes they DON'T! ... well most of the time they don't.
10. They randomly send out eviction notices or credit warnings for no reason!
11. They raised rent almost 75$ a month.
12. I'm tired of typing but I could go on and on and on.
