As an employee of 21, I can tell you that no one is matched with strangers here at 21 without the input from the residents. The tragedy that occured at 21 hit very close to home to many staff members and residents. Everyone here at 21 mourns the loss of the student who died as well as the student who was accused. Living on campus is not fool proof either. Just take a look at the students who shot a hand gun at Ruby Hall last week. Tragedy can strike at any time, any where, and without warning.

The kid at Ruby didn't shoot anyone, for one, and the campus police swooped down on them IMMEDIATELY. Wasn't it several days before anyone found that dead guy at 21?
By the way, there's a review on this site saying that someone got matched with a stranger/roommate via a phone call at 9pm, with no opportunity to meet with or decide whether or not they wanted to live with this person.
