One year limit Yes it's close to campus but that's about the only good thing about it.....hired the same cleaning crew they use and still had to pay when I moved out...claimed they're replacing the carpet in the common area...wonder how many times they have claimed that and never do

I Love Living here I have been living in GreenTree for about 3 years now and I am about to make this my 4th year living in this apartment complex. I love learning here because the maintenance men are great, they come on time when I need them. The landlord Kim she is very nice always speaking
