Renters beware!! - Not only will the staff fail to make repairs when asked, but they also will not give any of your deposit back when you move. Awful!! Ok..where do i begin.. Evergreen Square (now known as Presidents Gates) is one of the most god awful apartment communities in Tupelo. Not only were 70% of the apartments OFFICIALLY MARKED CONDEMNED by the City of Tupelo, but all their mess was exposed in several newspaper articles.
