The parking lot needs to be repaired ASAP. Some of the holes were filled earlier this month, but it needs a total make-over. A large amount of water fills in a certain area when it rains; the water stays around 3-4 after it rains. I've had some repeat repair issues, but maintenance comes the same day or the next day. But it's never a one time resolution. Overall it's a great place to stay, minus the repair calls. Management is wonderful.
