I've lived in Pecan Grove for almost a year, not being from this area I was very picky about where to stay. I've never had any problems since I have been here. The managers are very nice and understanding, especially Michelle. Very spacy apartment and also very quiet! Family friendly neighborhood, so expect teenagers or kids playing around outside. I've only had to call maintenance once, and that was only to change a light bulb. I love the new work out room, has just what I need to burn some calories :-)!! Overall I enjoy living here, despite the minor problems such as the parking lot and the standing water after it rains. I hate the laundry room!!!

I have lived here in Pecan Grove for about 13 months now and I must admit I really like it. Me being a small town country girl, I really enjoy the peace and quietness that I recieve here. I also enjoy the fact that it's just minutes away from shopping areas. Parking is excellent, mainenance is also prompt and just a call away. The grounds are always nice,clean and safe except for when it rains, and I find no need to complain about that because I imagine that it would take a lot of money to fix that problem. See the thing is; when it rains somehow the water just sits in the parking lot, I don't know if its drainage problems or what. But whatever it is it looks really expensive. The office staff is excellent. Michelle shows a true concern for the tenants and thats a plus in my book,they are always there and willing to help. Now the laundry room I have never been in but, I hear that it's a nightmare from Elm Street!!!! So try and bring your own so you don't have that to worry about, cause it's nothing worse than trying to clean your clothes in an unpleasant facility. But anyway I like Pecan Grove and I think you will also.
