I had an immediate need for a temporary furnished rental and couldn't find an apartment in the Memphis area that I wouldn've have to wait 2-3 weeks for. The staff at Pecan Grove were able to accommodate me in a day, and even met me on a Sunday to help me move in. They've been great! The few things that have needed repair were done quickly and well. My only negative is that it is a bit noisy since it is close to the highway.
