Temporary Rental I had an immediate need for a temporary furnished rental and couldn't find an apartment in the Memphis area that I wouldn've have to wait 2-3 weeks for. The staff at Pecan Grove were able to accommodate me in a day, and even met me on a Sunday to help me move in.

Great Community!!!! I have lived at Pecan Grove for almost 2 years. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful. They are always very nice, professional and willing to help in any way they can. The grounds are always kept up and very clean. All of the people I have met that live out here

Decent I have lived at Peacon Grove Apartments for about 2 1/2 years, And at first I've had a few complications the first couple months but since then, it has been very decent living. Its quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend!
