From: iluvmy2kids Date posted: 3/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999   For the most part living here was o.k. We lived here from 1998-1999. Their are some pros and cons. These have electric heaters so in the winter the bill was very high...NO Air conditioning (we put fans in the windows and it seemed to help some) NO washer and dryer hookups so you have to share washers and dryers their is one set of washers and dryers for the people downstairs and one set for people upstairs. Their are 4 complexes on each level. The noise level is bad and you can hear your neighbors beside you and above you (we lived in one of the lower level apartments)people talking, shutting cupboards, music, t.v.'s...ect I would recommend trying to get an upper level apartment and maybe, the noise won't be so bad. The nice things about these apartments in the summer you can enjoy their swimming pool. They do have a building with a weight room and hot tubs and sauna. The management always kept the grounds nice and fixed things immediatley.
