I have only a couple complaints after living here for over a year- Windows are terrible- in the winter a lot of moisture on the inside- causes wood to get wet inside and dirty. Very thin walls- we can hear our neighbor's clock, tv, cupboards, we can even hear them cough, sneeze, laugh. AC not strong enough in summer- apartment with ac on still is like 90 degrees- very miserable in July and August.

My comment would be not so good maintenance is not that great,the construction is horrible,the noise level is well as it goes noisy,I have lived in 4 other apartment complexes, and this one has to be the noisiest by far. Well to put it to a short note... noise terible, apartments are very very cold, yes a lot for the heat, because of the electicity part, but if the maitenance could see thier way to at least block some of the cold by putting weather stripping around the doorways that could possibly help lol. Inch leway on each doorway worst yet the doors do not close unless you actually pull them shut ...................................by far for the money you spend which is expensive should be way better service and a better environment to live in.
