I lived here from July 2003-July 2004 and for the most part absolutely loved it. The apartments are a little more expenisive than some places in Billings but definetely worth it. The apartments are a good size, the kitchens are quite nice and they have some of the biggest bedrooms I have seen since. There are also two pools and laundry rooms that are well taken care of and you never have to worry about snow/driving because that is always promptly removed.

If you are attenidng MSU-Billings, it is right down the street and also right across the street from ST. V's and a short drive to either 6th avenue/27th Avenue. It is located behind the Rims so you WILL HEAR AIRPLANES often, but you get used to them.

The negatives' It is bordering on one of the highest crime areas of Billings and every once in a awhile your car might be broken into if you don't lock it. I had clothes stolen and my CD car player stolen, so lock your car and you should be fine. The other negative is that if you have a noisy neighbor the landlords do not care.

Also, when you leave the place, TAKE PICTURES!!!! I was supposed to get $260 back after my walkthrough according to the assistant manager and signed all the papers and everything. but I had to leave that day for seattle and was in a hurry and did not get a copy. The managers screwed me over and somehow I owed them $82 two months later. Hmmm...sounds fishy. so be careful.

In retropsect I miss my apartment and the cheap rent (electric/phone are your only utilities)and wish I could have transplanted my apartment to here in seattle. I would recommend for everyone to live there.
