BUYER BEWARE!!

Looks can be deceiving, great location, the grounds and model apartments look nice but BUYER BEWARE!! IF MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE CHARGED $100 or MORE IN CLEANING FEES WHEN YOU MOVE OUT!!! I read these ads prior to moving in and I just thought a few people were disgruntled. But apparently everyone gets a bogus bill for cleaning fees and they double bill you for water and trash bills. The worst discovery was when I realized the apartment is not professionally cleaned prior to move in...its left AS IS from the previous tenant.
