Good for Billings

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Great looking place and likely the best around in Billings, but the walls are paperthin. If anyone lives above you, it feels as if the ceiling is coming down on you as they walk (so live in the top floor). The staff is great, hard working, and always available.
